Hilton Philadelphia City Avenue

There were a few power outages while I was there but the staff were very accommodating. Jordan hooked me up because of the lack of power and she was extremely nice. I can't remember the rest of the staff's names but all of them were very polite and helpful.

We love staying here when we visit our son at St. Joseph’s University. It has a newly renovated lobby, nice gym and pool and is located minutes from the University, SchuykillRiver and Manayunk. Short drive to Fishtown and other great Philly areas. Staff are pleasant and always willing to help! Best of all I feel safe there when traveling alone!

Great experience at this hotel, all thanks to Anastasia who was so welcoming and helpful. Really excellent service from her and very customer friendly - she was able to take care of all my requests making the stay very smooth. Thank you!

Winston at the front desk was very informative and helpful to us during our stay. The hotel bar is nice but evening/night service with Samir is the worse! We did enjoy our stay otherwise.

We had a wonderful experience staying there for a rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception. The service was impecable. One employee by the name of Anastasia went out of her way to ensure we were pleased with our room and the view. I had a presentation in the morning and she ensured that I had a hard copy of my notes for my review. She was absolutely outstanding.

I booked an overnight stay while a friend was recovering from surgery at lankenau hospital. I pulled in front and was greeted by a valet driver right way asking if I was checking in. When he learned I was checking in he offered to collect my luggage. When entering the front desk is to the right. I was greeted and checked in by Jordan she was wonderful.

I have stayed many times at Hilton Philadelphia City Center. Its centrally located to all my needs. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The customer service is amazing. Shanise Cruger and Mr. Winston are amazing at the front desk. They were able to help me with a situation I had. They were very informative and compassionate. They are amazing employees. The only reason for 4 stars is because I think it is absolutely ridiculous that you have to pay $25 plus tax to park your car down the street in a large parking lot that isn't used. Parking on the street is limited. Parking when there is snow on the street is even worse. I have a very long and large pick-up truck, and it is impossible for me to fit a parking spot that I would fit into and/or not endanger my truck from being hit. Management should really consider remove the parking fee. This is an additional expense for a hotel guest that can be adjusted. It will definitely impact my decision to stay here in the future. Up until recently I didn't have to pay for parking. My parking fee ticket was validated and fee. Now it is not!

I had an event at the Hilton City Ave that went beautifully. Michael Mitloff, Amber Suplee and Luigi Alanza were an amazing team to work with...from beginning to end. I highly recommend this hotel for any event.
